What types of services does CloudStack offer?

CloudStack exclusively provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting. Each VPS is a fully isolated cloud environment with dedicated resources, powered by KVM virtualization. We do not offer any other type of hosting service.

All plans include a dedicated IPv4 address, free IPv6, DDoS protection, and 24/7 expert support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — the price difference is prorated and charged immediately, and your upgraded resources are available within minutes. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see on our website is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprise costs. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

What currency are prices listed in?

All CloudStack prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).

Deployment & Setup

How quickly will my VPS be ready after ordering?

Your VPS is deployed and fully operational in under 60 seconds from the moment your payment is confirmed. You will receive your server credentials immediately upon activation.

Do I get full root access to my VPS?

Yes. Every CloudStack VPS comes with full root access, giving you complete administrative control over your server environment. You can install any software, configure any service, and manage your server exactly as you need.

Can I reinstall the operating system on my VPS?

Yes. You can reinstall your operating system at any time from your control panel at no additional cost. All data on the server will be wiped during reinstallation, so please back up your data beforehand.

Does CloudStack support custom ISO images?

Yes. CloudStack supports custom ISO uploads, allowing you to boot your VPS from your own operating system image.

What is VNC Console Access?

VNC Console Access provides out-of-band access to your VPS directly through your browser, even if SSH is unavailable. This is useful for troubleshooting network misconfigurations or OS-level issues.

Are Windows Server licenses included in the price?

Windows Server licensing may incur additional costs. Please contact our support team for current Windows Server pricing details before ordering.

Control Panels

Which control panels are available on CloudStack VPS?

The following control panels are available at no additional cost:

  • CloudPanel (Recommended) — Lightweight, modern panel for PHP and Node.js apps
  • Hestia Control Panel — Fast, open-source Linux web hosting panel
  • CyberPanel — OpenLiteSpeed-powered panel for high-performance hosting

Is cPanel available?

cPanel is available on VPS plans with 4GB RAM or more. Note that cPanel requires a separate license, which may involve additional costs. Contact our support team for details.

Security

Does CloudStack include DDoS protection?

Yes. Every CloudStack VPS includes enterprise-grade DDoS protection at no additional cost. Our always-on mitigation system protects your server from volumetric network-layer attacks automatically.

Does CloudStack offer firewall support?

Yes. CloudStack provides configurable firewall support, allowing you to control inbound and outbound traffic to your VPS. You can also configure software firewalls (such as UFW or iptables) directly on your server.

Is my VPS isolated from other customers’ servers?

Yes. CloudStack uses KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) virtualization, which provides full hardware-level isolation between virtual machines on the same physical host. Your resources are dedicated and never shared with other customers.

Billing & Payment

What payment methods does CloudStack accept?

CloudStack accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa/Mastercard Debit, and PayPal (where available). Bank transfer is available for annual plans or enterprise orders.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment is charged at the time of order. Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same date each month (your billing anniversary date).

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, CloudStack will notify you by email and retry the charge within 3 business days. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your service may be suspended. After 14 days of suspension, your VPS and data may be permanently deleted.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your CloudStack subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made. Contact our support team to cancel.

Refunds

Does CloudStack offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. CloudStack offers a 72-hour money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any VPS plan. If you are not satisfied within the first 72 hours of activation, you may request a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?
